Having an account in the customer panel, you can extend the existing service with new resources. This allows you to add RAM to the VMware cloud or increase storage space for Veeam backups.
To extend a resource, go to the Contracts and services tab on the left and then select Add new resources.
In the window that appears, add the resources you are interested in and confirm with the button at the bottom of the Summary page.

Note: You will only be able to increase resources if you have the appropriate permissions. If the tab is not visible or cannot be edited, contact the appropriate authorized person in your company. In the “Agreements and services” tab, you also have the option of submitting an application for ordering a new service. To do so, press “Contract Inquiry” at the top of the page.
