Server Administration

e24cloud enables taking over servers with administrative service provided by the professional team of administrators from Beyond.pl. To use the administration service, you need to follow these steps:

  • Create a support ticket through the Customer Panel in the “Support” tab or send a request to help.desk@beyond.pl.
  • In the ticket, provide the following information:
    • server name,
    • type of operating system,
    • user account login to which one of our administrators will be able to log in.
  • In order to estimate the appropriate administrative package, it is necessary to perform a server audit. Therefore, you need to provide the user password to the phone number provided by the Service Desk (it doesn’t have to be a root account/administrator account).
  • After a positive server audit, the sales team will send a detailed offer.

If our offer is accepted, the administrative package will be activated on the terms specified in the offer.
Activation of the package will be confirmed by a separate e-mail message.
